Taking four teams and over 80 people to Madrid for the ÍscarCup
is a massive opportunity — but it’s also a massive challenge.
Travel, accommodation, meals, tournament fees, and team kit all
add up, and we want to make sure every player gets the chance to
be part of this unforgettable experience.
For our young footballers, this will be their first time competing internationally. The chance to represent Bohemian Youths on a stage alongside the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United is something they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. We want them to step onto the pitch with pride, knowing their community is behind them.

This is more than a football trip. It’s about friendship,
teamwork, learning, and showing the world what young players
from Dublin can achieve when they’re given the chance.
The ÍscarCup is one of the world’s premier youth football
tournaments, hosted in Madrid every Easter. It attracts more
than 200 teams from over 15 countries and features some of the
most prestigious academies in the game, including Real Madrid,
Barcelona, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich. For many young
players, it’s the first step on the road to football greatness —
a true showcase of the stars of tomorrow.
In 2026,
the tournament takes place from April 2nd to 4th, and Bohemian
Youths Football Club will proudly represent Dublin on this
global stage.
This year, we’re sending a record 3 teams in the U10 age group
and 1 team in the U11 age group, giving dozens of young players
the chance to compete against the very best. In total, more than
80 people will travel, including players, coaches, and parents,
all coming together to create an unforgettable experience both
on and off the pitch.
For our young footballers, this
is more than a tournament — it’s a chance to grow as athletes,
make friends from around the world, and create memories that
will last a lifetime.
